Acupuncture made me feel a little loopy for a little while but it doesn't hurt at all. The ones on the top of my head KIND OF hurt, but not enough to say "Ouch! " You can just feel that they are there. I've never had a bad experience, in fact, I really enjoyed it.

Nope, no bad experiences and it doesn't hurt. I agree, I felt one or two in my head, but it wasn't really painful. My acupuncturist makes the whole thing very relaxing with music, and heat. It really helped with my headaches a lot.

I have al ot of back problems a bulged disc stress fracture and a whole bunch of other stuff wrong with my back ( im a girl and 12 years old and a gymnast by the way) and my accupuncturist can only do front treatments in my somtach and legs and such and those needles just poke a bit. but one time she did a back treatment and i started bawlling because the needles hurt so bad i was gushing blood and my back hurt extremly bad for 2 week afterward as well.

You really can hardly feel them - sometimes just feels like something cold touching your skin. A lot of people have good results with it, even though nobody can quite agree or prove why or how it works. Good luck.
